Sprayhood Windows
This was the final fix following the aftermath of the 2017 winter works - The transparent acrylic for the sprayhood windows had become severely brittle due to UV degradation. In order to remove the engine, to be able to remove the shaft, to replace the shaft seal, the sprayhood was collapsed.
The worst of it!
This and the UV degradation shattered what was left. We sailed the year with lots of clear gorilla tape, but on arrival to Brest enough was enough.
